Miami ranked as one of America’s best colleges by The Wall Street Journal
Miami University is among America’s Best Colleges 2025, according to a recently released list from The Wall Street Journal.
Miami is among the schools named in the WSJ/College Pulse 2025 Best Colleges in the U.S. rankings, presented by The Wall Street Journal, College Portal, and Statista, the leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
The Best Colleges in the U.S. ranks undergraduate institutions by the value they provide to their students, according to a release from The Wall Street Journal, with value assessed based on learning environment, years to pay off net price, degree completion rates, likelihood of higher salaries post-graduation, and diversity.
In an independent survey by College Pulse, in cooperation with The Wall Street Journal and Statista, close to 110,000 undergraduates and recent alumni were asked about topics including campus life, career preparation, and learning opportunities.
Miami also recently was featured in The Princeton Review’s The Best 390 Colleges. The university has been ranked throughout 2024 on several of The Princeton Review’s lists, including No. 2 for the top Midwest undergraduate entrepreneurship program, No. 4 for the top Midwest undergraduate game design program, and No. 28 in the top 50 Best Value Colleges (public schools).
Additionally, Miami recently appeared on Forbes’ list of America’s Top Colleges for 2024.
